How long does it take to open an account?
Registering an account is very straightforward and should only take a few minutes to complete. We aim to have accounts activated for our clients, on the same day.
What guidance do we provide to clients on when to buy or sell currencies?
We do not provide advice on when an exchange rate should be made, but we will provide our clients with relevant market information to help make an informed decision to help manage timing.
How can I track the status of my foreign exchange transactions and historic payments?
Our clients have access to full transaction statements via their online account and payments sent via SWIFT can be tracked via the ‘search’ function.
What fees are associated with the transfers and what costs should I be aware of?
Our fee is built into the exchange rate we can achieve for our clients, and we do not charge payment fees.
How long does the transfer process take and what is the timeframe for my funds to arrive at the destination?
Once an account has been funded, conversions can take place instantly and the new currency balance will display as an available balance. Payments can be set for the earliest value date and we aim for funds to settle same day.
Do I have a dedicated account manager?
Yes, all clients have a dedicated point of contact and will have their direct contact details. Also, with a second person of contact.
What types of currencies do you offer for exchange, and are there any restrictions on the amounts that can be transferred?
We manage clients’ payments in over 30 currencies, with local collections in 180 countries and there are no volume restrictions.
How secure are my funds?
We are a registered Payment Services Directive (PSD) agent with the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 957428) and we manage client money with firms authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), which must comply with strict regulations around the safeguarding of customer funds. Client money is segregated and safeguarded with UK Tier 1 bank, Barclays.
